Welcome to Tri.Art, a dance and performing arts school where creativity, excellence, and community come together.
Since opening our doors in 2012, we’ve grown from a small group of 12 passionate students in a hired school classroom to a thriving community of hundreds, all under one roof in our own fully equipped studio in Somerset.
At Tri.Art, we’re committed to providing top-tier, diverse training, while creating an environment where every student is seen, heard, and celebrated.
Our experienced faculty and extended team — from teachers and student teachers to admin staff and our incredible parent and student volunteers — work together to shape a school that goes far beyond technique. We foster a nurturing, inclusive atmosphere where potential is realised and young people grow into confident, creative, and compassionate individuals.
We offer a broad selection of classes, from structured exam-based training in classical and contemporary styles to a diverse range of recreational sessions for all levels, and performance opportunities on both local and professional stages, as well as pathways into associate programmes and further education. But most importantly, we offer a second home — one where you’re free to be yourself, feel supported, and fall in love with dance and performing arts.

Our Story
Tri.Art was born out of a simple but powerful notion. In 2012, founder Amy saw a need in Somerset — a space where young dancers could access high-quality, diverse dance training and feel truly supported in their journey. What started as a single weekly class for a dozen students quickly became something unique.
Driven by years of training, experience, and above all, passion, Amy built more than a dance school. She built a family, and it’s not unusual to see her own small children and dogs running through the studio between classes!
From the start, Amy set out to create a school where excellence in tuition meets an unrivalled sense of community, and where these go hand in hand. With a carefully chosen team and the support of dedicated staff, volunteers, and families, Tri.Art has become a place where students grow not just as dancers and performers, but as individuals.
What sets Tri.Art apart is its culture. Individuality is valued, friendships flourish, and every student is encouraged to feel confident, capable, and proud of who they are, with a deep sense of self-worth and purpose. Many go on to conservatoires and professional training, while others carry the creativity, discipline, and confidence they’ve found here into all areas of life.
